Return Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Return:
The item must be in unused, original condition and in its original packaging.
The product must include all original tags, certificates (if any), and invoices.
Return requests must be initiated through your S3 Gems account or by contacting our support team.
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
Return Process:
Request a return within 5 days of delivery via your account or by emailing us at support@s3gems.com.
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or provide return shipping instructions.
Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 2 business days.
If approved, the return will be accepted and the refund process will begin.
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved after inspection, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received the amount, please contact us immediately.
